ABOUT
Bridging the inequality gap in education
Foundations, located in Milton, ON, was initiated by me, Aditi Rajnish. I created Foundations so I could serve underprivileged students in our community by helping them build a solid foundation in math.
I strive to prepare students for success by solidifying key math concepts, from fractions to algebra. Through Foundations, I provide quality math enrichment opportunities for students—for free. If the student's parents are essential workers, single parents, unemployed, socioeconomically disadvantaged, or otherwise marginalized, the student can apply to be tutored by clicking the button below.

PHILOSOPHY
Two of my core beliefs:
1) By having a well-developed foundation, we all have the potential to succeed in math.
2) Having good math skills can lead to a more prosperous future.
I believe that when a student works hard and is mentored properly, they can reach their full potential. Unfortunately, many students do not have access to enrichment opportunities, which limits their potential.
My work with Foundations serves as an equalizer, making education more accessible so students can focus on success, as they should.
MEET THE FOUNDER
My name is Aditi Rajnish and I am a passionate S.T.E.M. education advocate! I began Foundations in 2020 because I am dedicated to broadening access to learning opportunities for underrepresented populations. I love being involved in our community, having devoted over 700 volunteer hours towards making a difference! In my free time, I enjoy coding, playing the piano, and rereading Harry Potter.
